DELIVERY
Ideals Collection delivers throughout Australia.
§ Delivery charge is a flat rate of $12.00 for all deliveries.
§ All orders are sent in Express Post satchels. Please allow 3 - 6 business days for processing and delivery.
§ Garments dispatched are subject to destination and product availability. To check whether your region falls within the express post network, please contact Australia Post.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
At present, Ideals Collection only delivers Australia wide. We do not deliver overseas.
RETURN POLICY
Ideals Collection may grant an exchange on the garments you ordered if you change your mind.
§ This is subject to several conditions:
§ Garments must be returned within 7 days of purchase with original docket
§ Returns and exchanges do not apply to garments reduced for sales purposes
§ Garments being returned for exchange must be in new unworn, unwashed, unused, unsoiled or undamaged by the customer, with swing tags still attached.
§ Shipping and handling cost are not refundable
§ Refund will only be made on damaged or faulty goods. Please contact Ideals Collection within 7 days of receiving the item.
REFUND
Please choose carefully as we DO NOT REFUND simply for changing your mind. This is in accordance with the Office of Fair Trading. A refund will only be offered if at the time of sale the goods were not of merchantable quality or have become unavailable.
EXCHANGE
§ Ideals Collection can provide a size exchange, which is subject to size availability.
§ Please send your garment along with the print out of your order confirmation and return it to our Exchange Service Department – 52 Holmes Street, Brunswick East Vic 3057.
§ The cost of returning your garment/s for exchange is at your expense. All postage cost will be covered by the customer. Please include payment method for the cost of posting the new garment to you.
§ Please make sure your name, address, phone number and clear instructions are detailed and sent to

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU RETAIN PROOF OF RETURNING YOUR GARMENT WITH AUSTRALIA POST. EG. Express Post Bag No. or Registered Post No. Ideals will not be held responsible for missing returns without the above proof.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
§ Care is taken to provide accurate colour and description of products on our website. However colours may vary slightly to that of the actual garment, as there is no guarantee that your computer monitor will accurately display the correct colour of the garment.
§ All garment specifications, descriptions and sizes on the website are approximate and correct at the time entered. Every effort is made to ensure details are accurate.
§ Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of GST and in Australian Dollar Currency.
§ Garments are subject to availability. If garment becomes unavailable due to depleted stock, Ideals will notify you as soon as possible and will refund the credit card account in which you used for the transaction.
ORDERS
Upon placement of an order on our website, you will receive an email of acknowledgement. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for processing and delivery. Please contact Ideals Collection if you have not received your garments within this period.
Please ensure orders are correct before confirmation, as details cannot be changed once confirmation button is pressed.
